The great Soke Teruo Hayashi (1924-2004), was the founder, headmaster and president of "Hayashi-Ha Shito-Ryu Kai School of Karate-do" and "Japan Kobudo Kenshin-Ryu-Kai", it has its headquarters in Osaka, Japan.
